The Registered Students page in Test Management allows users to search for a student by Name, Student ID, or Assessment and will display all registrations the student is assigned to. Users may also print test tickets or perform additional actions based on permissions, such as Regenerate Test Ticket, End Incomplete Test, Manage Accommodations, and apply Testing Codes.
This tab may be particularly useful for Test Administrators who have access to Test Management for managing test tickets, but do not have permissions in Student Management for creating and editing student records.
Users will need the “Registration – Search/View” permission in order to search for a student, view their registrations, and print test tickets from Registered Students.
To perform additional actions, users must have the “Registration – Add/Edit” permission and any registration permissions required for those actions.
“Registration – Edit Testing Codes” allows a user to update testing codes applied to a student’s registration.
“Registration – Edit Accommodations” allows a user to update accommodations from within a student’s registration.
