A student’s test can be reset if needed by using the regenerate test ticket function. For example, if an accommodation was not applied to the student profile before the student started testing, that test may need to be regenerated so the student can test with the appropriate accommodation. Regenerating will permanently remove any previously recorded responses for that assessment.
To regenerate test tickets, users must have the “Test Ticket – Regenerate” permission. If you are unable to regenerate a student test ticket, please check with your School or District Point of Contact (POC).
- Select Test Management from the DRC INSIGHT Portal My Applications menu.
- Select your district and school from the Select-a-Site drop-down menu, then select Save.
- Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down.
- Select Registered Students from the left side bar menu.
- From Registered Students, search for the student using the search bar.
- Select the vertical ellipses in the Action column for the test you wish to regenerate.
- Select Regenerate Test Ticket.
- You will receive a message confirming that you would like to regenerate the test ticket and that responses previously captured for that domain will be deleted.
- Select Submit.
