After logging in to WIDA AMS, select the Manage Registrations tile from the landing page. Alternatively, you can select Test Management from the WIDA AMS My Applications menu.
From the Test Management application, WIDA AMS users can do the following:
- Search/view registrations
- Create registrations
- Edit registrations
- Cancel (delete) registrations
- Convert one or more registrations to a different grade cluster or different mode of testing
- Export registration details (including student tier placement)
- Print test tickets
- View Student Tier Placement
- Add Do Not Score indicators
- Add a new student to WIDA AMS and registrations (quick registration)

Terminology
Please note there may be different terminology used to refer to the same thing across different applications in WIDA AMS. Users may see both legacy (previously used) terms and updated terms. Use the table below to navigate the interchangeable terminology.

Test Management Site Selector
The Site Selector is used to select your district/school in Import, Student, and Test Management. A site will need to be selected before any work can be performed in these applications. The site selector tool in each application uses different logic to handle various scenarios. This might lead to slightly different results depending on which application you’re using.
The site selector in Test Management will show active sites only. If a student was added to an inactive site, a registration cannot be created. Import the student to an active site to create the registration.
