There are two methods to update designated supports and accommodations for a student from Registration.
Method 1
Update accommodations from the Registered Participants tab. This method is best if you wish to quickly find a student and update their designated supports and accommodations.
- From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
- Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
- From the Registered Participants tab, use the search bar to search by Participant Name, WISEID, or Assessments. The page will populate the registrations for that student.
- In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) to open a pop-up menu.
- Select Manage Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the designated supports and accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
- The updated designated supports and accommodations will display in the Accommodations column.
- Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each content area.
- Note: The designated support and accommodation only needs to be updated once per content area. The update will be applied to each session within the content area.
Method 2
Update designated supports and accommodations from the View Registration(s) tab. This method is best if you wish to update designated supports and accommodations for multiple students within the same registration.
- From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
- Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
- From the View Registration(s) tab, locate the registration you wish to view or edit. You can use the filters to narrow your search.
- Click the Registration Name to view the registration details.
- On the Details tab, locate the student you wish to update. In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) to open a pop-up menu.
- Select Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
- The updated designated supports and accommodations will display in the Details tab under the Accommodations column.
- Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each student in the registration that needs designated supports and accommodation updates.
- Note: The designated support and accommodation only needs to be updated once per content area. The update will be applied to each session within the content area.
