From the Registration application, Wisconsin users can do the following:
- Add/Remove Participants to a Registration
- Copy a Registration
- Create a Registration
- Manage Testing Codes
- Edit Designated Supports and Accommodations from Registration
- Export Registration Details
- Identify Participants not in Registrations
- Regroup Participants into a New Registration
- Use the Registered Student Tab
- Update Test Monitoring
- Print Tickets and Rosters
- Registration Statuses
- Unlock locked tests
Notes
- “Participants” in Registration are the same as “Students” in other parts of DRC INSIGHT.
- District and School Assessment Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
- Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
- Participants are added to the Portal from the nightly processing of student data from the Student Information System (SIS), Participants and Registrations File Import, or manually in Participant Management.
