Introduction to Registration

From the Registration application, Mississippi users can do the following:

• Create a Registration and Register Participants for an Assessment
• Add/Remove Participants to Registration
• Search a Registration
• Cancel a Registration
• Copy a Registration
• Export Registration Details
• Edit Accommodations from Registration
• Teacher Assignment
• Use the Registered Participant Tab
• Manage Testing Codes (MAAP & MAAP-A ONLY)
• Print Test Tickets and Test Rosters
• Registration Statuses
• Update Registrations for Test Monitoring
• Unlock Tests
• Regenerate Tests (BEACON ONLY)

Notes

• Students are referred to as ‘Participants’ in the Registration application.
• District and School Test Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
• Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
• Participants are added to the Portal via an import (Participant & Registration file or  Participant Only file) or manually in Participant Management.
• Users with access to a particular Testing Program (MAAP, MAAP-A, BEACON) have access to ALL registration windows associated to the Testing Program.
