The accommodations Import process is used to assign accommodations for students who already exist in the system. This import should be completed after all students have been loaded, but before any student begins testing to ensure accommodations are available and applied correctly during test administration.
The Accommodations Import uses a single file layout, which can be downloaded on the Sample Files and Layouts page. Each row in the file must represent one student and one subtest (content area). If a student has multiple accommodations for the same content area, all applicable accommodations may be entered in the same row and separated using a pipe (|) delimiter.
