Accommodations are assigned to the student record and will persist across administrations and academic sessions unless updated. Accommodations must be updated prior to printing test tickets as form assignments may change. Always verify accommodations prior to printing and distributing test tickets.
There are multiple ways to management accommodations, and each option updates the student record that exists within Participant Management.
Note: If the student has a Registration with a status of “In Progress” or “Completed”, the accommodations changes will not apply to that Registration.
1. Manually update accommodations through Participant Management.
2. Import Accommodations through Import Management Management.
3. Edit Accommodations from Registration.
