Introduction to Managing Accommodations (GAA 2.0)

Last Updated on September 28, 2026

Accommodations are assigned to the student record and will persist across administrations and academic sessions unless updated. Accommodations must be updated prior to beginning testing as form assignments may change. Always verify accommodations prior to beginning the assessment.

There are multiple ways to manage accommodations, and each option updates the student record that exists within Participant Management.
Note: If the student has a Registration with a status of “In Progress” or “Completed”, the accommodations changes will not apply to that Registration.

  1. Manually update accommodations through Participant Management.
  2. Edit Accommodations from Registration.
