Managing Testing Codes (GA Milestones)

Testing Codes and Status, and Purpose for Taking EOC, are managed within Registration. To apply testing codes, status, including Purpose for Taking EOC, users need the Registrations – Edit Testing Codes permission. Note the registration application prevents the cancellation of a student’s registration if a testing code is applied.

There are two methods for managing Testing Codes and Status, and Purpose for Taking EOC.

Method 1

From the View Registration(s) tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to manage testing codes, etc.
  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select the appropriate action for each participant.
    • Note: Testing Codes are applied to a participant’s entire registration, not to individual sections of the test.

Method 2

From the Registered Participants tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
  2. Search for the participant.
  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select the appropriate action for each participant.
    • Note: Testing Codes are applied to a participant’s entire registration, not to individual sections of the test.
