From the Registration application, Georgia Milestones users can do the following:
- Register Participants for an Assessment
- Add/Remove Participants to a Registration
- Cancel a Registration
- Copy a Registration
- Manage Testing Codes
- Editing Accommodations from Registration
- Export Registration Details
- Using the Registered Student Tab
- Update Test Monitoring
- Print Tickets and Rosters
- Export Registration Details
- Unlock Locked Tests
Notes
- “Participants” in Registration are the same as “Students” in other parts of DRC INSIGHT.
- System and School Test Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
- Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
- Participants are added to the Portal via the Participants and Registrations File Import or manually in Participant Management.
- Users with access to a particular Testing Program (End of Course, End of Grade, GAA 2.0) have access to ALL registration windows associated to the Testing Program.
Registration Statuses
Within View Registrations, the Status column displays one of the following Registration-level statuses.
- Processing: Registration is still processing and not available for testing. Click on the Refresh icon to display updated results.
- Needs Attention: Registration was not able to process. Contact DRC Customer Service to resolve.
- In Progress: Testing is in progress for one or more participants within the Registration.
- Not Started: Registration is available for participants to start testing.
- Completed: All participants within the Registration have completed testing.
