Unlock All Locked Tests

To unlock all locked tests that are locked at the Registration level, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the  View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
    • Note: Return to the drop-down, select a different school, and click Save again to change sites.
  3. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  4. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock all locked tests.
  5. Click Unlock All Locked Tests.
  6. Then click Confirm.

Unlock Locked Tests By Participant

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the View Registration(s) tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
    • Note: Return to the drop-down, select a different school, and click Save again to change sites.
  3. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  4. Click the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock locked tests.
  6. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the Registered Participants tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
    • Note: Return to the drop-down, select a different school, and click Save again to change sites.
  3. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    1. Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  4. Click the Registered Participants tab.
  5. Search for the participant.
  6. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.
