From the Registration application, users can do the following:
- Register Participants for an Assessment
- Add/Remove Participants to/from a Registration
- Cancel a Registration
- Copy a Registration
- Create a New Registration
- Use the Registered Participants Tab
- Print Tickets and Rosters
- Export Registration Details
- Unlock Locked Tests
Notes
- “Participants” in Registration are the same as “Students” in other parts of DRC INSIGHT.
- District and Building Test Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
- Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
- Participants are added to the Portal from the nightly processing of student data from the Student Information System (SIS). The current SIS is PowerSchool. Students are placed into registrations according to their assigned assessment cohort or homeroom in PowerSchool. This information is also pulled directly from PowerSchool and sent to DRC.
- Users with access to a particular Testing Program (ACAP Summative, ACAP Alternate, etc) have access to ALL registration windows associated to the Testing Program.
