Cancel a Registration

A Registration can only be canceled if none of the participants assigned to it have started testing. Users must have the Registration – Add/Edit permission to cancel a registration.

To cancel a registration, do the following from the View Registration(s) tab:

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
    • Note: Return to the drop-down, select a different school, and click Save again to change sites.
  3. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down in the upper-right corner.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  4. Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
  5. Click Cancel Registration.
  6. Click Submit to submit the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
    • Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action.
  7. A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the students assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.
