Printing Test Tickets

Users with the “Registration – Search/View” permission can print test tickets for students in a registration. Tickets can be printed for all students in the registration or only for selected students. Each set of printed tickets includes a test roster.

Print Test Tickets

To print test tickets for one or more registrations at your site do the following:

  1. Select Test Management from the DRC INSIGHT Portal My Applications menu.
  2. Select your district and school from the Select-a-Site drop-down menu, then select Save.
    Note: You must select a school to print test tickets.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down.
  4. Select View Registration(s) from the left sidebar menu.
  5. Select the registrations for which you want to print test tickets by selecting the checkbox next to each registration. To select all registrations, place a checkmark in the top-level checkbox in the Registration Name column header.
  6. Click Print All Tickets.
  7. All student test tickets for the selected registrations will download as a PDF file and can be printed.
    Note: You can also Print All Tickets from within the Registration Details. Select the Registration Name to open the registration details, then select the Print All Tickets button.

Print a Test Ticket for a Single Student

To print test tickets for a single student at your site do the following:

  1. Select Test Management from the DRC INSIGHT Portal My Applications menu.
  2. Select your district and school from the Select-a-Site drop-down menu, then select Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down.
  4. Select Registered Students from the left side bar menu.
  5. Use the search bar to search for the student by full name, student ID, or assessment. The page will populate the registrations for that student.
  6. Use the checkboxes to the left of the student’s name to select the registrations for which you need to print tickets.
  7. Once you have made your selections, select Print Test Tickets.
  8. Student test tickets will download as a PDF file and can be printed.
