The Participant Management, Rostering, Import Management, Registration, and Test Monitoring apps require specific permissions. See below for permission names and descriptions.
Public
Participant Management
- Participant – Download: Download participant information
- Participant – Add/Edit: Add/edit participants and participant data
- Participant – Search/View: Search/view participant data
- Participant – Transfer Approve: Review requested records and choose to approve or deny the transfer
Import Management
- Import Management: Upload participant accommodations
Registration
- Registration – Add/Edit: Add, edit, and delete Registrations
- Registration – Search/View: Search and view Registrations, print test tickets
- Test Setup – Primary Window: Access Test Setup during the primary window
- Test Tickets – Unlock: Unlock student test log in ticket after a student’s test status is Completed or the student test log in ticket is Locked
- Registration – Edit Accommodations: Edit Student Accommodations
- Registration – Edit Testing Codes: Edit Student Testing Codes
Test Monitoring
- Test Monitoring – Access: View the Test Monitoring Page and to Generate Monitoring Sessions Codes
(Non-Choice/Private Pay Students)
Participant Management
- Participant – Add/Edit: Add/edit participants and participant data
- Participant – Download: Download participant information

- Participant – Transfer Request: Search and request (pull) a record to be transferred
- Participant – Transfer Approve: Review requested records and choose to approve or deny the transfer
- Participant – Transfer: Allows a user to transfer a participant to another school within their district

- Import Management: Upload participants into the portal and upload participant accommodations
Registration
- Registration – Add/Edit: Add, edit, and delete Registrations
