Registrations will automatically be created by grade and content area for every school. Participants can only be assigned to one registration for each content area. If a DAC or SAC decides to create more specific registrations, participants must first be removed from the original registration or have the registration cancelled. A Registration can only be canceled if none of the participants assigned to it have started testing. To cancel a registration, do the following:
- From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
- Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
- Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
- Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
- Click Cancel Registration.
- Click Submit to submit the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
- Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action.
- A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the students assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.
