There are two ways to view a student’s assessment and registration information.
Note: Registrations cannot be edited in Student Management. If you need to make changes to a student’s registration, please use method 2.
Method 1: Using Student Management
- Select Student Management from the WIDA AMS My Applications menu.
- Confirm the correct Academic Session is selected in the Academic Session drop-down.
- Note: This will default to the current year.
- Select Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Select Save.
- Confirm the appropriate Testing Program is selected in the Testing Program filter.
- Select the student you wish to view from the list that populates. You can use filters to narrow your selection.
- Select the Assessments tab.
From the Assessments tab, users can view the online assessments for which the student is registered and the registration status information.
Method 2: Using Test Management
- Select Test Management from the WIDA AMS My Applications menu.
- Select Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Select Save.
- Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Make sure to select the correct year.
- Select the View Registration(s) tab.
- Use the filters on the left to search for a specific student.
- Select the Registration Name to view the Registration Details.
