Test Administrators will want to view Published and Public forms before assigning them to a registration to determine whether or not the Form Purpose, content, and Items List is appropriate for assessing the student.
Note: Public forms cannot be edited.
To view a Published/Public form, do the following:
- Select a content area from the Content Area dropdown.
- Search for the form using the Search Forms field, or add filters to narrow your search.
- Click on the Form Name to open the Edit Form page.
- Review the information on the Form Definition tab to determine the Form Purpose and other information.
- Click on the Items List tab to view information about the various items selected for the form. Click on the DRC Item ID to open a PDF of the item’s contents, including:
- Access Point
- Requirements
- Restrictions
- Teacher Directions
- Question Stimuli
- Correct Responses
- Note: Items in the Items List cannot be previewed once a form has been Published. If a form has been published, use the View/Print button to view all items on the form.
- Click on the History tab to view information about the history of the form, including:
- Status
- Archived
- Draft
- Published
- Invalid
- Inactive
- Event
- Archived/Unarchived
- Created
- Cloned
- Edited
- Item ID archived
