Archive a Published Form

Archiving a form allows you to store a Published form but make it unavailable for new registrations and assessments. Previous registrations and assessments reflect the original published version of the form.

Test Administrators can only archive Published forms they have created. Test Administrators cannot archive a Public form.

To archive a Published form, do the following:

  1. Select a content area from the Content Area dropdown.
  2. Search for the form using the Search Forms field, or add filters to narrow your search.
  3. Select Archive by clicking on the vertical ellipsis from the Actions dropdown menu, or click on the Form Name to open the Edit Form page and click Archive.
  4. To unarchive a form that has been archived, follow the steps above, but select Unarchive in the Status Filter after selecting a Content Area. Then select Unarchive in the Actions dropdown menu or on the Edit Form page.
