Configure a Registration for Test Monitoring

Registrations can be configured to use Test Monitoring in multiple ways. Users can manually configure Test Monitoring when creating the Registration, or they can edit an existing Registration.

Manually Configure Test Monitoring When Creating a Registration

To manually configure  for Test Monitoring when creating the Registration, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the  Create Registration tab.
  2. Select None or Required for Test Monitoring. Then turn the Restricted Access toggle to On or Off (see Test Monitoring Test Session Configurations).
  3. When you are finished editing the Registration, click  Register to save your changes.

Configure Test Monitoring for an Existing Registration

To configure a registration for test monitoring, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Make sure to select the correct year.
  4. From the View Registration(s) tab, locate the registration you wish to view or edit. You can use the filters to narrow your search.
  5. Check the box next to the registration(s) you want to configure.
  6. Click the Update Test Monitoring button on the top right side of the Registration table.
  7. Change the test monitoring drop-down to Required if you want TMA enabled for the registration.
     Change the test monitoring drop-down to None if you do not want TMA enabled for the registration (see Test Monitoring Registration Configurations).
  8. Activate the Restricted Access toggle if you would like to use the waiting room to hold students until the test administrator is ready to let them into the test. When the Restricted Access toggle is deactivated the waiting room will be disabled.
  9. When you are finished editing the registration, click Save to save your changes.
