Teacher Assignment

This is an optional field for organizational purposes based on district discretion.  Note: The Teachers must be listed as a user with permissions for the selected site in User Management. Use these instructions after a registration is created. Please note that this is not applicable to EOCEP as the Teacher information is captured within the Registration name.

Assign a Teacher Using the View Registrations Tab (SC READY & BEACON)

To assign a Teacher to a registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2.  Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. Select the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Find the applicable registration(s) using the search filters or by sorting the columns.
  6. Select the registration(s) by clicking the checkbox to the left of the Registration Name. Multiple registrations can be selected if the same Teacher is to be assigned to all.
  7. Click Assign Teachers.
  8. Select the applicable Teacher from the Available Teacher(s) window.  Note: The Teachers listed are users with permissions for the selected site in User Management.
  9. Click Add.

Only one Teacher should be assigned to each registration.

Assign a Teacher Using the Registration Details Screen (SC READY & BEACON)

You can assign a Teacher to a registration via the Registration Details screen. To assign a Teacher to a single registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2.  Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. Select the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Find the applicable registration(s) using the search filters or by sorting the columns.
  6. Click the Registration Name link. This will open the Registration Details screen.
  7. Click the Teacher tab.
  8. Click Add Teacher(s).
  9. Select the applicable Teacher from the Available Teacher(s) window.  Note: The Teachers listed are users with permissions for the selected site in User Management.
  10. Click Add.

Only one Teacher should be assigned to each registration.
