Managing Testing Codes (SC READY & EOCEP Only)

Testing Codes are managed within Registration. To apply testing codes, users need the 
Registrations – Edit Testing Codes permission.

Manage Testing Codes for individual participant at Registration Level

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. Select the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to manage testing codes, etc.
  6. Locate the participant within the details tab of the registration
  7. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select the Testing Codes action for the participant.
  8. Select appropriate testing code(s).
  9. Select Save.

Managing Testing Codes for Multiple Students at Registration Level

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Click Select a Site… from the top corner of the screen and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
  3. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  4. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to manage testing codes, etc.
  5. Using the checkboxes, select the participants who need testing codes applied.
    • Note: ONLY the students who need testing codes applied should be selected. If a testing code is applied to a student(s) in error, it could result in the student(s) not receiving reports.
  6. Select the Update Testing Codes button.
  7. Select either assign or remove testing codes.
  8. Select appropriate testing code(s).
    • Note: The selected testing code(s) will be updated for ALL selected students.
  9. Select Update

Manage Testing Codes from the Registered Participant Tab

There are two ways to manage Testing Codes from the Registered Participant tab within Registrations.

Method 1

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
  2. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  3. Click Select a Site… from the top corner of the screen and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
  4. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  5. Search for the Participant Name or State Student ID.
  6. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select the Testing Codes action for the participant.
  7. Select appropriate testing code(s).
  8. Select Save.

Method 2

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
  2. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  3. Click Select a Site… from the top corner of the screen and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
  4. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  5. Search for the Participant Name, State Student ID, or Assessment.
  6. Using the checkboxes, select the participants who need testing codes applied.
    • Note: ONLY the students who need testing codes applied should be selected. If a testing code is applied to a student(s) in error, it could result in the student(s) not receiving reports.
  7. Select the Update Testing Codes button.
  8. Select either assign or remove testing codes.
  9. Select appropriate testing code(s).
    • Note: The selected testing code(s) will be updated for ALL selected students.
  10. Select Update.
