There are two methods to update accommodations for a student from Registration.
Method 1: View Registration(s) Tab
Update accommodations from the View Registration(s) tab. This method is best if you wish to update accommodations for multiple students within the same registration. Users must have the Registration – Edit Accommodation permission to edit a participant’s accommodation(s) from a registration.
- Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
- Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
- Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
- From the View Registration(s) tab, locate the registration you wish to view or edit. You can use the filters to narrow your search.
- Click the Registration Name to view the registration details.
- On the Details tab, locate the student you wish to update. In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipse to open a pop-up menu.
- Select Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
- Note: Accommodations are applied by content area across all Testing Programs.
- The updated accommodations will display in the Details tab under the Accommodations column.
- Repeat steps 6 to 8 for each student in the registration that needs accommodation updates.
Note: If the test tickets have been printed for the student, you may need to print new test tickets prior to testing.

Method 2: Registered Participant(s) Tab
Update accommodations from the Registered Participant(s) tab. This method is best if you wish to quickly find a student and update their accommodations. This is particularly useful if you have access to multiple districts and/or schools. Users must have the Registration – Edit Accommodation permission to edit a participant’s accommodation(s) from the Registered Participants tab.
- Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
- Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
- Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
- From the Registered Participants tab, use the search bar to search for the student by name, SSID, or assessments. The page will populate the registrations for that student.
- In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipse to open a pop-up menu.
- Select Manage Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
- Note: Accommodations are applied by content area across all Testing Programs.
- The updated accommodations will display in the Accommodations column.
Note: If the test tickets have been printed for the student, you may need to print new test tickets prior to testing.
