Create a Registration and Register Participants for an Assessment (EOCEP)

To register a student for an assessment, do the following:

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. Select the Create Registration tab.
  5. Create a valid SIS Code in the Course Code Field. Refer to Online Testing Administration Information section in the SC READY/EOCEP TAM for information on SIS Code requirements.
    • Note: The system will validate the SIS Code information for the first 9 characters entered, ensuring that the 9th character is the dash (-) and the 10th character is an alpha or numeric character.
  6. Add teacher last name, first initial to the Teacher Last Name, First Initial field. For example: Smith, J. This is required for reporting purposes and will be combined with the SIS Code field to create the registration name. Note: For EOCEP the teacher information associated in the Teacher Assignment dropdown will be blank.
  7. Click Select Participant(s) and search for the student(s) who will be taking the assessment.
  8. Test Monitoring is automatically set to None. See Test Monitoring for more information about other options.
  9. Click Register. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your Registration was successful.
  10. Close the Registration Confirmation message. This registration will now appear under the View Registration(s) tab.
    • Note: Once a registration is created for EOCEP, it CANNOT be edited. IF any of the information is incorrect, other than the participants assigned or the TMA setting that needs to be corrected, the registration MUST be deleted and recreated BEFORE testing beings.
