Cancel a Registration

A Registration can only be canceled if none of the participants assigned to it have started testing. Users must have the Registration – Add/Edit permission to cancel a registration.

To cancel a registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. Select the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
  6. Click Cancel Registration.
  7. Click Submit to submit the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
    • Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action.
  8. A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the students assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.

Each assessment/content area will need to be cancelled separately. To cancel all assessments/content areas, repeat steps 5-7 for each registration. Note that registrations with a testing code applied cannot be cancelled.
