Edit a Participant

To view or edit a participant, do the following:

  1. Select Participant Management from the My Applications menu.
  2. Select a site by clicking Select a Site … from the top right corner of the screen, then select or confirm your Academic Session.
  3. Select the appropriate Testing Program (SC READY, EOCEP, or BEACON) from the filter on the left side of the screen.
  4. Select the participant you wish to view from the list that populates. You can use the filters to narrow your selection.
  5. From the Details tab, information such as Testing Program(s), demographic changes, Reported District and School can be reviewed and/or updated. From the Accommodations tab, the accommodations can be reviewed and/or updated.
  6. After updates are made to the Participant, click Save.
