Register a New Student for an Assessment

To register a new student, do the following:

  1. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
    • Note: Once a site is selected, the button changes to Change Site.
  2. Fill out the student’s First Name, Last Name and Student ID fields.
  3. Select the student’s grade from the Grade dropdown.
  4. Click Add Assessment(s).
  5. Choose either one or two subtests in the Select Assessment(s) window. Click Add to add the assessments to the student’s registration, or Cancel to skip adding assessments for the student.
  6. Fill out the student’s Date of Birth and Gender fields.
  7. Create a unique Registration Name.
  8. Click Register when you are finished entering the student’s information.
  9. A notice at the top of the screen displays stating that the Registration is being qeued. Once it is successful, a Registration Confirmation page displays showing the student’s information. Click Close.
