Register Participants for an Assessment

To register a student for an assessment, do the following from the Create Registration tab:

  1. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
  3. Create a unique Registration Name.
  4. Click Select Assessment(s) and select an assessment.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Select Participant(s) and search for the student(s) who will be taking the assessment.
    • You can filter your search results by grade using the Select Grade(s) drop-down.
    • If rosters have been defined for your school, you can also filter your participants by roster.
  7. Click Add after you have selected the student(s).
  8. Test Monitoring is automatically set to None. Select Optional or Required from the drop-down menu if test monitoring will be needed. If Test Monitoring is set to Required, the Restricted Access toggle will appear. Toggle Restricted Access to On (slide to the right) or Off (slide to the left).
    • On – when set to On, the Student Verification page displays the Enter Monitoring Code field for all participants. Participants are required to enter a Monitoring Code and will be placed in a Waiting Room where the Test Monitor controls when participants begin testing.
    • Off – when set to Off, the participant is not placed in a waiting room and may begin testing immediately. This is the default value.
  9. Click Register. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your Registration was successful.
  10. Close the Registration Confirmation message. This registration will now appear under the View Registration(s) tab.
