Managing Testing Codes

Testing codes are managed within Registration. To apply testing codes, users need the Registrations – Edit Testing Codes permission. Note the registration application prevents the cancellation of a student’s registration if a testing code is applied.

There are multiple methods for managing Testing Codes.

From the View Registrations tab:

To update per student, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to manage testing codes.
  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select the Testing Codes action for the student.
  4. Check the box for the appropriate testing codes and click Save.

To update for one or multiple registrations, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Use the checkboxes to the left of the registration name to select the registrations you want to update.
  3. Click on Update Testing Codes, then select the appropriate action and testing codes for all participants in the selected registrations. Click Update.

From the Registered Participants tab:

To update per student, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
  2. Search for the participant.
  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and select Testing Codes.
  4. Check the box for the appropriate Testing Code(s) and click Save.

To update multiple assessments for one or more students, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
  2. Search for the participant. Use the checkboxes to the left of the participant name(s) to select the assessments for which you want to update.
  3. Click on Update Testing Codes, then choose the appropriate action and Testing Codes for all selected students and/or assessments. Click Update.
