This topic describes the process of exporting accommodations from Participant Management. This export can be performed by any user with the Participant – Download permission.
This export is helpful in verifying all participants are assigned the appropriate accommodations prior to testing.
The export file is also created in the same format as the accommodations import file. The file can be exported, additional designated supports and accommodations can be added or removed, and then the file can be uploaded through Import Accommodations.
- Select Participant Management from the My Applications menu.
- Click Select a Site … from the top right corner of the screen and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
- Confirm the correct Academic Session is selected in the Academic Session drop-down.
Note: This will default to the current year. - After you have selected the Academic Session, the Export Accommodations button will become available. You can click this button to download a CSV file containing all participants for the selected school.
Note: You can narrow the selection of participants for the export by name or MSIS ID, Grade, Accommodation Content Area, and/or Accommodations by using the filters on the left. - After you have made and checked your selections, click Export Accommodations.
- The latest export for the selected filters will display below the Export Participants button. Select the export to download the file to your computer.
