The list below describes the Rostering roles and the permissions assigned to each role.
- District Test Coordinator
- View student information available on the Students tab. Can view student data for any school in the district.
- Add and edit rosters on the Rosters tab. Rosters can be added and edited for any school in the district.
- Import rosters on the Import Management tab. Rosters can be imported for any school in the district.
- School Test Coordinator
- View student information available on the Students tab. Can view student data at the user’s assigned school.
- Add and edit rosters on the Rosters tab. Rosters can be added and edited for the user’s assigned school.
- Import rosters on the Import Management tab. Rosters can be imported for the user’s assigned school.
- Test Administrator (Teacher)
- View student information available on the Students tab. A TA can view only students that are assigned to the user (by a roster) at the user’s assigned school.
