Unlock Locked Tests (GA Milestones)

Unlock All Locked Tests

To unlock all locked tests that are locked at the Registration level, do the following:

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the  View Registration(s) tab.
2. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock all locked tests.
3. Click Unlock All Locked Tests.
4. Then click  Confirm.

Unlock Locked Tests Per Participant

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the View Registration(s) tab, do the following:

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the View Registration(s) tab.
2. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock locked tests.
3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the Registered Participants tab, do the following:

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the Registered Participants tab.
2. Search for the participant.
3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.
