Editing Accommodations from Registration (GA Milestones)

There are two methods to update accommodations for a student from Registration.

Method 1: Update accommodations from the View Registration(s) tab

This method is best if you wish to update accommodations for multiple students within the same registration.

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. From the View Registration(s) tab, locate the registration you wish to view or edit. You can use the filters to narrow your search.
  5. Click the Registration Name to view the registration details.
  6. On the Details tab, locate the student you wish to update. In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipse to open a pop-up menu.
  7. Select Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
  8. The updated accommodations will display in the Details tab under the Accommodations column.
  9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 for each student in the registration that needs accommodation updates.

Method 2: Update accommodations from the Registered Student(s) tab

This method is best if you wish to quickly find a student and update their accommodations. This is particularly useful if you have access to multiple districts and/or schools.

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
  4. From the Registered Students tab, use the search bar to search for the student by name, GTID, or assessments. The page will populate the registrations for that student.
  5. In the Action column for that student, click on the vertical ellipse to open a pop-up menu.
  6. Select Manage Accommodations from the menu. Then check or uncheck the accommodations that you wish to update. Select Save.
  7. The updated accommodations will display in the Accommodations column.
