Add Participants to a Registration

Users must have the Registration – Add/Edit permission to add or remove participants from an existing registration.

If the end date on the registration has been reached, participants cannot be added to the registration.

To add participants to a registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration/Test Tickets from the My Applications menu, and then select View Registrations.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
  4. Click the Participant(s) List tab.
  5. Click Add Participant(s).
  6. Place a checkmark next to the participant(s) you want to add to the registration.
           Note: The Select Grade(s) dropdown will limit the results to only the grade of the registration, meaning registrations can only contain participants from one grade.
  7. Click Add.
  8. A pop up window will display indicating the number of participants added to the registration.

Remove Participants from a Registration

Participants can be removed from an existing registration if the registration’s end date is in the future and as long as the participant’s assessments in the registration have a Not Started status.

To remove participants from a registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration/Test Tickets from the My Applications menu, and then select View Registrations.
  2. Click Select a Site… and select your school by searching for your school’s name and code. Click Save.
  3. Select Registration/Test Tickets from the My Applications menu, and then select View Registrations.
  4. Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
  5. Click the Participant(s) List tab.
  6. Place a checkmark in the box next to the participant(s) you want to remove.
  7. Click Remove Participant(s). A pop-up window will appear, asking to confirm the removal of the participant(s) from the registration.
  8. Click Submit to proceed with the removal, or Close to return to the previous screen without removing the participant(s).
