Viewing a Participant’s Assessments and Registrations

Students are placed into registrations based on their assigned assessment cohort or homeroom in PowerSchool. This information
is pulled directly from PowerSchool and sent to DRC by ALSDE as part of the nightly processing of student data from the Student
Information System (SIS), which is currently PowerSchool.

There are two ways to view a participant’s assessment and registration information.

Note: Registrations cannot be edited from Participant Management. If you need to make changes to a participant’s registrations, please use method 2.

Method 1: Using Participant Management

  1. Select Participant Management from the My Applications menu.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Confirm the correct Academic Session is selected in the Academic Session drop-down.
           Note: This will default to the current year.
  4. Confirm the appropriate Testing Program is selected in the Testing Program filter.
  5. Select the participant you wish to view by clicking the student’s name. You can use the filters to narrow your selection.
  6. Click the Assessments tab. From the Assessments tab, users can view the online assessments for which the participant is registered and the registration status information.
           Note: You cannot make changes to registrations from this screen.

Method 2: Using Registration

  1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down located in the upper-right corner. Make sure to select the correct year.
  4. Click the View Registration(s) tab.
  5. Use the filters panel on the left to search for a specific participant.
  6. Click the Registration Name to view the Registration Details.
