Editing Accommodations from Participants Management

  1. From the My Applications menu, Participants Management.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Confirm the correct Academic Session is selected in the Academic Session drop-down.
    • Note: This will default to the current year.
  4. From the Participants Management menu, use the Filters to search by Testing Program and State Student ID.
  5. Once the filter(s) are applied, select the participant for whom you want to edit accommodations.
  6. On the Accommodations tab, select the accommodation(s) that apply to the participant and click Save and a “Successfully updated the Participant data” message will appear.

Please note: If accommodations are changed, the test tickets must be reprinted.
