Update Accommodations for Multiple Participants

This topic describes student accommodations and the two methods for editing accommodations to multiple participants at once.

Testing Accommodations

Text-To-Speech (TTS)

Student has the online audio test read to them during testing.

Print on Demand (POD)

Student has documented accommodation for needing a paper assessment. Note: The POD accommodation will also be assigned to students who require a braille or large print test booklet.

Student Provided Non-Embedded Accommodations

Student has any other accommodation (other than TTS and POD).

Update Accommodations in Participant Management

  1. Select Participant Management from the My Applications menu.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Use the filters to narrow the selection to more easily make multiple participant selections.
  4. Use the checkboxes to select multiple participants, then click the Update Accommodations button.
  5. Choose the button to Assign or Remove Accommodations.
  6. Once you find the appropriate accommodation(s), use the checkboxes to indicate your selection(s).
  7. Click Update to apply the accommodation updates to the selected participants(s).

Update Accommodations via Participant and Registration Import

Accommodations can be updated via the Participant and Registration Import (PRI) as long as the registration is in a Not Started status.
