Unlock Tests

Users need the Test Tickets – Unlock permission to unlock tests.

There are three methods for unlocking tests.

Method 1: Unlock all locked tests at the registration level

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration/Test Tickets.
2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
3. Click the View Registrations tab.
4. Click on the registration for which you want to unlock all locked tests.
5. Click Unlock All Locked Tests.
6. Then click Confirm.

Method 2: Unlock locked tests by participant from View Registrations

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration/Test Tickets.
2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
3. Click View Registrations.
4. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock locked tests.
5. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant that should be unlocked.

Method 3: Unlock locked tests by participant from Registered Participants 

1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration/Test Tickets.
2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
3. Click Registered Participants.
4. Search for the participant by first name, last name, or AKSID.
5. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.
