The Item and Form Management application within the DRC INSIGHT Portal is where educators and Test Administrators can access, view, and print ACAP Alternate items and prebuilt forms. All items are fully aligned with the Alabama Alternate Achievement Standards.
This permission-based system contains a bank of ALSDE-owned practice test items and prebuilt forms offering flexible, customizable, and easy-to-use content that Test Administrators and educators can select based on instructional sequence and on the needs of their individual students.
The items and forms can be used throughout the year and administered multiple times to measure student knowledge and skills.
The Item and Form Management application allows educators to access all practice content as well as the ACAP Alternate Teaching Strategies Toolkits. Content is intended for ACAP Alternate preparation purposes as well as to gather baseline data, enhance daily instruction, and monitor progress. Items and prebuilt forms can be printed from Item and Form Management or downloaded as a PDF and saved.
