Viewing Testing Device Log Files

You can use the COS log files to review system information about the Testing Devices assigned to a COS Configuration. The log entries are stored for 30 days.

1. Select a COS Configuration and select Testing Devices.
2. Select a device and click View Logs.
3. System information about the device displays. You can view the date and time an incident was logged, the device’s Org Unit ID, and the message.
