The Registered Participants tab displays the registrations that a student is enrolled in. From this tab, you can also print test tickets or perform additional actions based on permissions, such as Manage Accommodations and add Testing Codes.
View a student’s registrations from the Registered Participants tab
- Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
- Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
- Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure you select the correct year.
- From the Registered Participant(s) tab, use the search bar to search for a student by name, SSID, or assessments. The page will populate the registration(s) for that student.
Print Test Tickets
Use the checkboxes to the left of the student’s name to select the registrations for which you need to print tickets. After you have made your selections, select Print Test Tickets.
Additional Actions
In the Action column, click on the vertical ellipse to open a pop-up menu where you can select the action you wish to perform (Manage Accommodations, Edit Testing Codes, Unlock a Test, End Incomplete a Test, and Regenerate a Test (BEACON Only)). If you do not have the required permission(s) for an action, the action will be greyed out.
