Regenerate Test Tickets (BEACON Only)

Users need the Test Tickets – Regenerate permission to regenerate tests.

There are two methods for regenerating tests.

Note: When a test is regenerated the student’s responses are removed from the system. 

Method 1

Regenerate tests by participant from View Registrations

1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
2.  Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
4. Select the View Registration(s) tab.
5. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to regenerate the tests.
6. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Regenerate for each participant.

Method 2

Regenerate tests by participant from Registered Participants

1. Select Registration from the My Applications menu.
2.  Confirm or enter your site criteria in the upper right corner. Click Save.
3. Confirm or select your Registration Window in the drop-down. Be sure to select the correct year.
4. Select the Registered Participants tab.
5. Search for the participant by first name, last name, or MSIS ID.
6. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Regenerate for each participant.
