Once you have saved a registration for a student, you may encounter a situation where you need to register the student for different forms. For example, if a student is registered for forms at the Less Complexity Access Point but should be assessed at the Intermediate Complexity Access Point instead. In cases like these, the Test Administrator must cancel the forms in the student’s original registration before the student can be registered to take new forms.
Note: The status of the assessment in Student Performance Data that corresponds to the registration you want to cancel must be Not Started or In Progress. Test Administrators cannot cancel registrations for any assessment that has already been started in Student Performance Data or for Student Characteristics Surveys.
To cancel a Registration, do the following:
- Click the Existing Registrations tab.
- Search for the registration using the search bar and filter options.
- Click on the registration in the results grid.
- Click Cancel in the Action column of the form you want to remove. To cancel the entire registration cancel all the forms.
- Click Submit to submit your Registration cancellation, or Close to back out of canceling your Registration.
