Create a Form

There are two ways to create a form using Item and Form Management:

• By starting on the Form Definition tab and selecting the Form Purpose (see Form Purpose in the Item and Form Management Overview).
• By starting on the Items List tab and selecting the items you want to include in the student’s assessment.
