Register Existing Students for an Assessment

To register existing students for a registration, do the following:

  1. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
    • Note: Once a site is selected, the button changes to Change Site.
  2. On the Existing Students tab, create a unique Registration Name.
  3. Click Add Student(s) and search for the student(s) who will be taking the assessment(s).
    • You can filter your search results by grade using the Select Grade(s) drop-down.
  4. Click Add after you have selected the student(s).
  5. Click Add Assessment(s) and select the assessment(s) in the window that displays.
    • Note: You may only select two forms, and both form types must match.
      • Example: English Form C Oral Language, and English Form C Pre-Literacy.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Register. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your Registration was successful. The forms you selected are now available in the preLAS application, where Test Administrators will enter student results.
