Cancel a Form on an Existing Registration

Once you have saved a registration for a student, you may encounter a situation where you need to register the student for different forms.

Note: The status of the assessment in preLAS that corresponds to the registration you want to cancel must be Not Started or In Progress. Test Administrators cannot cancel registrations for any assessment that has already been started in preLAS.

To cancel a Registration, do the following:

1. Click the Registration Management tab.
2. Search for the registration using the search bar and filter options.
3. Click on the registration in the results grid.
4. Click Cancel in the Action column of the form you want to remove. To cancel the entire registration cancel all the forms.
5. Click Submit to submit your Registration cancellation, or Close to back out of canceling your Registration.
