Skip or Reset an Assessment Section

While administering an assessment, Test Administrators can skip certain sections without flagging an alert for Blank Section. They can also reset a section’s responses to what they were when the last manual save occurred.

Skip a Section

To skip a section of responses, do the following:

1. Click Skip Part … at the beginning of the section you want to bypass.
2. Click OK to confirm bypass of the responses for the section, or Cancel to return to the assessment and provide responses for the section.

Reset a Section

To reset a section of responses, do the following:

1. Click the Reset button at the beginning of the section you want to reset.
2. Click OK to confirm the section reset, or Cancel to cancel the reset and leave the responses as is from the last manual save.
   • • Note: The application automatically saves your responses periodically. Resetting a section’s responses will revert the responses back to the what they were when the last manual save occurred.
