preLAS Online Scoring is where Test Administrators enter student results for assessments associated with Registrations.
Assessments are categorized as either Not Started, In Progress, Ready to Submit, or Alerts. Within each status tab, Test Administrators see only the assessments they have been assigned.
The list below describes the information regarding each of these statuses:
- Not Started
- Displays a list of assessments associated with Registrations that Test Administrators have not yet started.
- Once a user clicks Begin Assessment its status immediately changes to In Progress, even without responding to a question or saving or exiting.
- In Progress
- Displays a list of assessments associated with Registrations that Test Administrators have started but have not yet completed.
- Can be edited.
- Once a user clicks Complete Assessment its status immediately changes to Ready to Submit.
- Ready to Submit
- Displays a list of assessments that have been completed by the Test Administrator but have not been submitted for scoring.
- Can be edited.
- Alerts
- Displays a list of assessments that have been Alerted for blank sections or submission errors.
- Can be edited if the assessment has blank sections.
- Assessments with submission errors cannot be edited, and must be resubmitted after clearing the alerts.
