Unlock (Reopen) Locked Tests

A test can be unlocked under very certain circumstances. Refer to the unlock decision tree found in Appendix F – Decision Tree for Unlocking a Student’s Test in the DRC INSIGHT Portal Guide.

Unlock Locked Tests Per Participant

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the View Registration(s) tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Click the View Registration(s) tab.
  4. Click on the Registration Name for which you want to unlock locked tests.
  5. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.

To unlock locked tests for individual participants from the Registered Participants tab, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Click the Registered Participants tab.
  4. Search for the participant.
  5. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the Action column and click Unlock for each participant.
